Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please text your stylist or CALL  your salon location: Fayetteville 

If we are closed please leave a voicemail for receptionist at Ext. 0.

We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment slot. When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, loses out on pay since we are self-employed and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS: Our computer system will send an appointment confirmation when appointment is booked into system, an email 3 days before your appointment and a text reminder 2 days before your appointment. This should allow enough time to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. To receive these reminders, please make sure your stylist has the correct email and phone number listed for you. 

Appointments not cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a 50% of service cancellation fee. If you have any questions regarding this policy please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy.

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be expected to pay for the time they reserved. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival, however, many of our services do not have the ability to do so. Lateness cannot be accommodated for express services, consultations, or services for new guests.
